Located on the suburbs of mountain “Skari” in Nikiana, this villa will indulge you with the endless views of the sea and the Acarnanian mountains across.

View can reach the city of Lefkada in each one of them.
Location ensures serenity away from cars and noisy activities.

With a total indoor square footage of 850 square metres, villa Rafael can sleep up to 16 persons in two levels.
Five bathrooms ensure privacy for all guests.

The villa has its own gym in the basement where you will also find a ‘professional’s’ American billiard, ping-pong and various activities equipment.

The outside area can be used for barbecue at the designated barbecue area with its own outside dining table.

The pool can accommodate all guests and reaches two different levels : beginners / advanced.
