Rosa’s House

Located across NV beach bar in Nikiana, ‘Rosa’s House’ consists of two separate apartments of 85 square metre each.
Each apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.

The upper level apartment has access to balconies.
The ground level apartment has exclusive access to the outside yard with a large dining table.
Apartments can be accessed independently although they can function together using the indoor stairs.
Access to the sea is feasible within walking distance as far as 80 metres.

Within walking distance guests can find beach bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy and medical aid.
BUS stop is also 50 metres away.
